Hi. This is me. Tim.
I have made helping people my career. I have spent the past 20-plus years working in the Emergency Services as a Paramedic, Firefighter, and Police Officer.
In my younger days, I was an athlete and have remained active throughout my adult life. Although I have been active and exercised regularly, I wasn't in the best shape possible. I hadn't realized my potential. So, in my 40s, I made it my mission to become the best "me" I can be. I am currently in the best shape of my life.
Over the decades, I had created loads of workouts and developed strategies to achieve my fitness goals. I dusted off these programs, tweaked them a bit to get them dialed in and tackled my mission head-on. As you can see from my progress pics, my programs are effective and get results. The top, left pic is the day I committed to myself to get my ass in the best shape of my life. The lower pic is almost exactly one year later. The larger pic is five years after making my commitment to myself. Not only do my programs get results, they get lasting results. I do not use a "quick fix" approach. I want lasting results, so I take a methodical, scientific approach to my training plans.
After I made my personal transformation, I had people in my life asking me how I did it and asking me to help them. So I tackled a new project, to help others achieve their fitness goals.
To that end, I have become a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Council on Strength and Fitness, TRX Certified, a BASI Trained Pilates instructor, and I have competed as an amateur body builder. I bring my years of experience in the emergency medical field and my extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology into my training by applying science-based strategies to help my clients achieve their fitness goals.
