First Aid & CPR
Welcome to The Body Shop's First Aid & CPR page.
I have been a licensed Paramedic working in the emergency services for over two decades. I have been teaching CPR and first aid for over 28 years. In addition to working full-time as a paramedic / fire fighter, I assist in the teaching of EMT classes classes as part of a local community college Associate's Degree program. When you take a first aid or CPR class from me, you will be receiving invaluable skills from an experienced instructor who can bring his real-world experience into the classroom to help you prepare for the unexpected.
We teach the American Heart Association's Heart Saver CPR/AED and First Aid courses here at The Body Shop.

The Heart Saver CPR/AED course is a four-hour course consisting of interactive lecture / video presentation with hands-on training throughout the entire class.
